The Reports Module provides restaurant owners and managers with complete insights into daily operations, sales performance, financial activity, and business trends. This section helps monitor revenue, analyze customer behavior, track expenses, and maintain full financial transparency within the system.

Using reports, owners can make informed business decisions, identify growth opportunities, control costs, and improve overall restaurant efficiency. All reports can be filtered by date range, users, or specific criteria depending on operational requirements.


Available Reports in the System

1. Sales Report

The Sales Report provides a complete summary of restaurant earnings within a selected time period. It displays total sales, number of orders, payment method breakdown, taxes collected, tips received, and outstanding payments. This report is useful for tracking daily and weekly business performance.

2. Item Report

The Item Report analyzes individual menu item performance. Owners can view quantities sold, selling price, and total revenue generated by each item. This helps identify best-selling dishes and underperforming menu items.

3. Category Report

The Category Report summarizes sales based on menu categories such as Fast Food, Beverages, or Main Course. It helps understand which food categories generate the most revenue and customer demand.

4. Delivery App Report

This report tracks orders received through delivery platforms. It includes delivery revenue, commissions, delivery fees, and net earnings. It helps evaluate performance across different delivery partners.

5. Expense Reports

Expense Reports provide an overview of business expenditures categorized by utilities, salaries, rent, ingredients, equipment, and more. This allows owners to monitor spending patterns and maintain cost control.

6. Cancelled Order Report

This report records all cancelled orders along with cancellation reasons, responsible staff members, and order values. It helps identify operational issues and reduce unnecessary cancellations.

7. Removed KOT Item Report

The Removed KOT Item Report tracks items removed or cancelled after being sent to the kitchen. This ensures accountability and helps prevent misuse or operational errors.

8. Tax Report

The Tax Report provides detailed information about taxes applied to orders, total tax collection, and tax-related financial summaries required for accounting and compliance purposes.

9. Refund Report

The Refund Report maintains a record of all refunded transactions including refund reasons, refund type, processed staff member, and refunded amounts. This ensures financial transparency and audit readiness.
